I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

  • We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
  • If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.
  • If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.


What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway.

As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with:

  • The order number
  • The faulty item's name and number
  • A description of the fault

We'll get back to you as soon as we can and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.


I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?

We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straight away.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

When you place an order with AUTO KOREA , the funds are reserved for us - we don't actually take the money until your order has been confirmed and sent to our warehouse. If you cancel your order, we are ready make refund at a same day.


Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

The arriving of your goods to our wharehouse from the order date is 5 to 15 days, so you can make amendment any time during this period. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method or add any extra items.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order depending on what delivery option you’ve chosen.

If the cancel option is not available, then it is too late cancel the order. However, you can return any unwanted items for a refund once you’ve received your order. For more information on our Returns Policy


Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

Don't worry if you haven't received your order confirmation email straight away. We're really busy at the moment so they're taking longer than usual.

You should receive it soon but in the meantime you can check your order details in the 'My Account' section once you've logged in.


Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?

As an online business our prices change in response to exchange rate, stock and demand from customers. In this case we will not refund the difference.

Do you offer a discount?

Discount is not available on delivery charges,  sale items. 

But we can make a discounts on orders more then 5,000.00$ for further information please, contact your manager.

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

In most cases, any customs or import duties are not charged for the orders less then 1,000.00. 

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).

AUTO KOREA has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

When will my account be charged for my AUTO KOREA order?

If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the payment.

Please remember that even if a payment isn't authorised, it may look like AUTO KOEWAhas still taken the money as some card issuers may still reserve the money, for a short period of time

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. It's also worth checking if there are any local delays in your area.

You’ll be able to follow your order if it’s been sent with a trackable service. To check this, all you need to do is log into https://trace.epost.go.kr//xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp and put your tracking number,just click the link and you’ll be able to follow your parcel. If the status shows ‘Shipped’, your order has been sent with your local postal service and isn’t trackable.

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.

If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, contact your manager and we can help you further.


How can I find your international delivery information?

  • Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries that we ship to. Once you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the available delivery services.*
  • Tracking is available on all Express Delivery services (EMS). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from the warehouse with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.
  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.



  • Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.
  • Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, dependent on size and weight.
  • Once your order has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
  • If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.
  • Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.


*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Auto Korea  cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
